-Except for the English Language Education Undergraduate Program, the proficiency score in the foreign language preparatory program is at least 70 out of 100. In the English Language Education Undergraduate Program, the proficiency score is at least 80 out of 100.
Note: Students who wish to object to the proficiency exam result of 4-5 September 2024, in accordance with the 4th paragraph of the 11th article of the Istanbul Medeniyet University Foreign Language Preparatory Education and Examination Regulation No. 31332 dated 12 December 2020, will be able to submit their exam results three times following the announcement date. They may object to a material error within (3) business days. Candidates who will submit an objection petition must pay attention to the following points and send their petitions with wet signatures to ydy@medeniyet.edu.tr or hand-deliver their petitions to the Secretariat of the School of Foreign Languages by September 12, 2024 (Thursday) at the end of working hours (16.00).

• Petitions must contain your wet signature. Take a photo of your petition with wet signature or scan and send it as a PDF.
• Send the photo file or scanned file to the School of Foreign Languages e-mail address: ydy@medeniyet.edu.tr
• If your petition reaches us, "Your petition has been processed." reply will be sent to the e-mail address you sent your e-mail to. If you do not receive a response within one (1) business day, re-send your e-mail containing your petition.
• It is the student's responsibility to keep track of the sent e-mail. The School of Foreign Languages does not take responsibility for e-mails that do not arrive or arrive late.
• Your petition must be legible and understandable, and must contain all the information requested in the example (e-mail address, contact number, etc.).
